城市轨道交通对站点周边土地利用结构的影响

近年来,城市轨道交通对站点周围土地利用结构的影响得到广泛研究.然而由于缺乏有效的定量评价模型,以往研究中侧重于交通对土地利用结构影响机制的定性阐述.定量研究较少.难以从客观上反映城市轨道交通对土地利用结构的影响过程及其复杂性特征.本文以GIS空间分析工具为基础,运用信息熵模型和土地利用均衡度模型对深圳地铁1号线的5个站点在地铁开工前与建成后的土地利用结构进行评价.结果表明:城市轨道交通对站点周围土地利用结构的影响在传统中心区和新区表现为不同的特点,传统商业中心区土地利用信息熵和均衡度下降,新区土地利用信息熵和均衡度上升.造成这一现象的原因在于,城市轨道交通的建设(尤以连接传统中心区与新区的城市轨道交通更为明显)使得传统中心区在交通通达性上的优势相对弱化,而新区的交通通达性在绝对和相对两方面均有所提高.
