资源型城市绿色转型初探——山西省太原市的启发

通过三维结构模型的构建,与一般经济转型在经济、社会、资源、环境、企业、产业、政府七方面的比较,对绿色转型内涵进行了理论阐述,并在该内涵基础上对资源型城市绿色发展能力进行考察.研究表明:绿色转型是资源型城市可持续发展的重要途径,直接关系着城市绿色发展能力的提升.太原市正在积极进行绿色转型实践的探索与创新,太原市绿色发展能力已得到逐步提升,但在社会和谐与稳定、产业与就业结构、企业污粢治理能力、能源消耗等方面有待在绿色转型中继续改进和转变.
