| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾现有研究文献的基础上,对信息技术应用对城市基础设施管理绩效影响的内在机理展开了深入分析,主要从两个视角四条基本路径展开,一是从信息不对称改进视角通过员工激励及控制权配置两务路径影响组织绩效;二是从信息获取与分析缺失的改进视角通过流程再造及组织学习两条路径影响组织可持续发展能力.研究结果表明,信息技术应用能够从上述四个方面显著提升城市基础设施管理绩效.
