| 摘 要： | 作为公共参与的重要环节,公众咨询已在我国城市总体规划编制中得到了较多开展,但这项工作的方法设计与内容缺乏详细案例总结。基于巢湖案例,本文认为:城市总体规划编制的前期公众咨询结论,可以且应该被吸收为规划编制的技术性原则和相关规划内容要求,并总结讨论了相关方法的特点。

| Abstract: | As an important stage of public participation in master planning,public consultation has been widely carried out in recent years in China.These activities,however,haven't been summarized in detail yet.By introducing the case that practiced in Chaohu city,the paper argued that the result of public consultation can/should been summarized as part of technical principles and planning requirements in planning.Some methodological characteristics of the consultation are also discussed. |
