| 摘 要： | 城市固体废弃物问题严重威胁到人们的健康和生态环境,源头减量已成为我国固体废弃物管理原则的首要目标.着重介绍发达国家城市固体废弃物减量相关政策及实施效应,主要包括垃圾收费制度、押金-返还制度和分类回收制度等,以期给我国相关部门提供借鉴.
