| 摘 要： | 在给出低碳生态城市系统观概念和拓展区域协调发展内涵的基础上,总括出低碳生态城市区域协调发展的实现机制,并以中新天津生态城为例,阐发了中新天津生态城区域协调发展的途径和制度保障,为深化低碳生态城市的研究和实践提供了新视角。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the concept of systematic view about Low-Carbon Eco-City and the exploration of the connotation about regional harmonious development,the implementation mechanism of harmonious development of the Low-Carbon Eco-City is summarized.Furthermore,the channels and system guarantees to achieve regional harmonious development are illustrated based on the example of Sino-Singapore TianJin Eco-City,which propose a new perspective of deepenning the research and practice on Low-Carbon Eco-City. |
