宜居城市的产业支撑体系研究

建设"宜居城市"是未来我国城市发展的方向与目标.本文从探讨宜居城市的内涵与标准出发,研究了实现宜居城市目标所需要的产业支撑.研究认为:经济发展是实现宜居城市的基础,合理的产业结构是建设宜居城市的必要前提.宜居城市的产业体系一方面应该在遵循区域产业结构配置的一般原则基础上,依据产业对环境的压力和需求,选择环境友好型的产业作为城市主导产业和支柱产业;根据产品链和废物链间的共生、伴生或寄生关系,配套发展关联产业;按照动脉产业和静脉产业协同发展的原则,发展基础产业.另一方面要积极发展生活性服务业,营造多元化、多层次、全覆盖、有特色的生活服务环境.
