| 摘 要： | 论文回顾与反思了自2005年以来北京市新农村规划的进程,分析其规划理想从强调乡村居民点调整,集约利用土地,城乡一体化,到强调村庄公共设施与基础设施的配套,以及大力发展宜农以及乡村休闲产业的过程及原因,并指出这种转变背后需要深入思考两方面问题:第一,北京乡村城镇化模式与城乡空间一体化的关系;第二,村庄建设用地的政策与城乡空间一体化的关系。
