资源型城市转型发展探讨——以盘锦市为例

资源型城市因资源消耗过度、环境污染、就业困难等问题,经济发展受到日趋严重的限制。本文以油气资源型城市——盘锦市为例,在分析资源型城市、接替产业及其模式概念的基础上,根据盘锦市自身的资源和地域条件,针对盘锦市历年的国民经济发展状况,及当前发展面临的问题,通过分析资源型城市转型理论和模式,提出与盘锦市相似的资源型城市发展对策,为贯彻国务院关于振兴东北老工业基地重大战略决策提供了科学依据。
