关于我国小城镇发展态势的思考

我国小城镇发展已经表现出新的态势:地带性差异进一步扩大;大都市经济圈和城镇密集区成为小城镇快速发展的地区;产业集群成为小城镇发展的动力之源;全国各省市出现大规模撤乡并镇,并产生一定的社会经济效应.我们要依据经济发展的客观规律,实施两类对小城镇发展的空间引导战略;继续推进人口和工业的聚集;要高度重视中心镇的发展等等,这不但对于小城镇的健康发展,而且对于我国城镇化整体健康发展亦具有重大的意义.

Thoughts about the Development Trend of Chinese Towns

The development of towns in China has already displayed the new trend: the regional differences have further expanded;the metropolis and the crowded regions of urbans have become the fast-developing regions of towns;the industrial clusters have been the source of impetus to towns;all provinces have removed and merged the towns,and some economic and social effects have been made.According to the law of economy,we should execute two kinds of spatial guidance strategies to towns;continue to advance the population and industrial gathering;extremely concentrate on the development of central towns etc,this will have vital significance not only to the healthy development of towns but also to healthy development of total urbanization of China.
