摘    要:民办高校与公办大学教师退休后享受同等待遇的政策目前没有得到解决,人才激励创新迫在眉睫。本文提出了沉淀贡献的概念,借鉴企业股票期权激励理论,试图设计一种为单位长期服务所做贡献的功绩评价机制,从而构建起对人才功绩评价与累积的长效激励手段。

Abstract:Innovation on talent incentive mechanism becomes imminent based on the unsolved issue of teachers' equal remuneration between governmental and non-governmental universities and colleges. On the reference of stock options incentive theory, the thesis proposes the concept of Precipitation Contribution, and tries to design a contribution evaluation mechanism based on long-term service for employers.
