| 摘 要： | 运用系统动力学对影响海信集团技术创新能力的因素进行研究，绘制了海信集团技术创新能力系统因果回路图，构建了流图模型，并且使用Vensim软件对模型进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析，提出了通过提高研发经费的利用率、有效制定费用控制策略以及提高产品市场吻合度来实现海信集团技术创新能力成长的对策。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors which influence the technical innovation capacity of Hisense Group. From a system dynamics perspective, a basic analysis frame of the technical innovation capacity of Hisense Group is brought out in this paper. By establishing the casual loop diagram and flow structures, we simulate the model and analyze the results. Furthermore, several policies to improve the capacity are suggested to improve the the technical innovation capacity of Hisense Group. |
