| 摘 要： | 新产品的R＆D是企业可持续发展的根源，但对R＆D项目的投资却具有极高的风险。针对新产品R＆D项目的特征，建立了包含概率和项目目标三因素的风险评价指标体系；依据确立的指标体系，给出了基于集对分析的综合风险评价模型。最后，通过一个实例说明了集对分析在新产品R＆D项目综合风险评价中的应用。

| Abstract: | The new product R＆D is the source of sustainable development of a enterprise. However, the investment in R＆D project is characterized by huge risk. Aiming at the characters of new product R＆D project, the risk assessment index system is built by this paper. It contains probability and three objectives of a project. According to the index system , the integrated risk assessment model based on set pair analysis is given. Finally, an example is adopted to clarify the application of SPA for new product R＆D project risk assessment. |
