| 摘 要： | 戴明指出,管理是一个闭合的过程,教育管理也应遵循这样的系统,然而教育系统的特殊性,使得闭合环难以形成,也降低了教育管理的实效.在我国大陆地区普遍提出提高高等教育质量诉求的同时,希冀通过从教育管理制度上分析台湾全人教育推进的有效性,探究高校内部管理效率以及高校教育质量的提升路径.
