| 摘 要： | 供应链契约是目前供应链管理研究的前沿问题之一,主要目标是解决如何协调供应链中各方的决策和利润分配,其中数量折扣契约和退货契约是目前研究较多、应用较广泛的契约形式.本文综述了数量折扣契约和退货契约的研究现状,指出以下问题是未来重要的研究方向:(1)不确定需求下的数量折扣契约；(2)数量折扣与退货的组合契约；(3)跨国供应链数量折扣契约、退货契约；(4)多级供应链的数量折扣契约、退货契约.

| Abstract: | Supply chain contract is one of the advanced issues in research on supply chain management.Its’ main objective is to coordinate decisions and profits of supplier and seller.In all kinds of supply chain contract,quantity discount and returns policy are most common contracts,also widely studied.This paper reviews recent works on quantity discount and returns policy.Then,a discussion of future directions on the subject is proposed,including:(1)quantity discount under uncertain demand;(2) combination of quantity contract and returns policy;(3) quantity discount or returns policy of international supply chain;(4) quantity discount or returns policy of multi-echelon supply chain. |
