| 摘 要： | 商学院为适应市场需求推出不同的MBA课程和MBA项目可供学生选择。在MBA项目质量的研究文献中，课程、教学方法不断地被丰富和发展，但项目满意度始终没能十分深入地研究。这篇论文基于GMAC全球MBA毕业生问卷调查数据，比较分析了全日制MBA、半脱产MBA，EMBA毕业生对MBA项目质量的评价，提出了MBA项目满意度的思路，希望对国内MBA院校有所启示。

| Abstract: | Business schools offer different MBA curriculum and program options to cater to student＇s needs. In the literature of quality of MBA programs, there is an abundance of curriculum and teaching methods, but MBA satisfaction has not been examined in depth. This paper focuses on the analysis of satisfaction on full-time, part-time and EMBA pro grams based on the sample of GMAC Global MBA Graduate Survey. This analysis introduces a framework of MBA satisfaction, and provides insights for the？ Chinese universities who have launched MBA Programs. |
