多指标综合评价质量分析模型及其实证研究

评价质量是多指标综合评价的核心问题,提高评价质量是综合评价理论研究追求的重要目标。本文以系统理论为指导,从评价主体与客体、评价指标与数据、评价方法与手段、评价环境等方面,尤其是评价方法方面,对多指标综合评价质量的影响因素进行了较为系统、深入的分析,在此基础上,构建了多指标综合评价质量因素的分析模型,并应用该模型对神经网络综合评价方法的评价质量进行了实证研究。良好的实证结果表明,本文所建立的模型不仅可为评价者提供了进行综合评价质量问题分析的系统性框架,而且提供了一个可操作的分析流程。

Based on system theory ,The factors affecting quality of multiple indicator synthesis evaluation has been systemic and deeply analyzed in this article,from the perspective of body and embody , indicator and data .method and means and context of evaluation, ect. Especially the evaluation method On the basis of those, the analysis model of multi -indicator general evaluation quality factors has been set up, and the model has been applied to analyze the evaluation quality of ANN methods, and the good result has turn out the model set up in this article . can provide not only the systemic frame for Evaluator to analyze quality factors of Synthetic evaluation , but also a process of operational analysis.
