摘    要:本文通过对中关两国在高等商科教育中人文性建设的比较分析,以近年备受关注的EMBA项目为例,试图探求中关异同点,更为准确地了解中国高等商科教育在人文性建设方面的优劣势,为国内院校提供发展借鉴和革新思路。

Abstract:Taking the example of Executive MBA Program, this paper compares and analyzes the humanity of higher business education in China and the United States. By exploring the similarities and differences between the two countries on that respect, a more accurate understanding could be achieved on the advantages and disadvantages of humanity development in higher business education in China, which provides implications and innovative suggestions for domestic colleges and universities in this field.
