An Empirical Study on the Factors of Foreign Bank Entering Shanghai Market

The paper looks back the foreign banks in shanghai market and analyses the reasons of the foreign banks entering Shanghai empirically.The result shows thatfol- lowing clientandleading effectare the great factors of foreign banks entering Shanghai market,but the chance of Shanghai market is not the factor.Also the result finds that high inflation rate and the Southeast Asia's financial crisis hindered foreign bank entering shanghai market.
