危险化学品禁忌智能识别和决策支持系统研究

化学品工业作为国民经济的基础与支柱，一方面，给现代社会的发展带来了巨大的好处，另一方面，很容易发生群死群伤事故。本文借鉴了发达国家在危险化学品监管方面的经验，在此基础上构建起危险化学品禁忌智能识别与决策支持系统平台，这对危险化学品在生产、使用、流通、废弃处置以及相关工艺过程中进行危险性分析、隐患治理以及化学事故调查和事故原因分析等方面具有重要参考价值。
