企业幸福管理作用模型研究

摘    要:当今企业面临管理综合症,员工抱怨职场幸福感太低,传统的管理已无法完全适应时代的新要求,企业呼唤新的管理理论。随着幸福学逐渐成为积极心理学领域的研究热点,幸福学与管理学相结合的前沿管理理论——幸福管理理论逐渐受到管理学界的青睐。幸福管理从幸福的视角审视管理问题,将积极心理学关于幸福感的研究成果植入,通过多元化员工激励、改善员工心理契约、助力员工获取心流体验、开发员工心理资本等企业幸福干预策略,引导员工获得并提升工作幸福感,进而提高企业的整体绩效,实现组织目标。

Abstract:The enterprises today face a management syndrome.Employees complain about low workplace well-being.The traditional management is unable to fully meet the new requirements,and enterprises call for new management theory.As hedonomics gradually becomes the research focus in the field of positive psychology,the frontier well-being management theory which is the combination of hedonomics and management gradually becomes favoured by management scholars.Well-being management examines the management issues from a happiness perspective,implants positive psychology research results about happiness,improves employees’psychological contract through diverse motivations,helps employees get flow experience and develops staff s psychological capital,so as to guide employees to get and improve well-being,to improve enterprises whole performance and achieve organizational goals.
