| 摘 要： | 中小企业与大型企业在成长路径和成长方式等方面存在不同之处,但从发展规律来看,中小企业仍然具有一般企业的成长特征。中小企业要获得持续快速的成长,必须选择适合自身的成长模式,实现规模从小到大素质由低到高不断发展壮大。
