摘    要:随着经济的发展和社会的进步,企业被社会赋予了新的历史角色,企业要想求得其生存和长期发展,就不得不考虑承担相应的社会责任。CSR部门的建立已经成为历史的发展趋势,CSR部门应该普遍化,企业需要加强承担社会责任内外部推进机制的建立,将社会责任的承担融入企业的经营战略。

Abstract:As the development of society and economics,the corporation acts a new role of history in the society.The company has to undertake relative social responsibility in order to develop and exist.Therefore,the establishment of the department of CSR became the history trend.The department of CSR should be generalization and the company should strengthen the establishment of mechanism of undertake the social responsibility both inside and outside in order to let the social responsibility combine with the corporation strategy.
