| 摘 要： | 全球化时代的到来,为企业创新带来了机遇和挑战。"开放式创新"模式正在逐步取代过去的"封闭式创新"模式。西部中小企业作为西部发展的重要力量,必须采用合适的创新模式,即"开放式创新"。通过SWOT分析,全面勾勒出西部中小企业实施"开放式创新"模式的有利和不足。

| Abstract: | The era of globalization brings opportunities and challenges to the innovation of enterprises. ＂Open innovation＂ model is gradually replacing the former ＂closed innovation＂ model. As an important force in the western development, the western SMEs must apply the right innovation model, which is the ＂open innovation＂. With SWOT analysis, we give a comprehensive outline of advantages and disadvantages about the ＂open innovation＂ model when the western SMEs apply it. |
