| 摘 要： | 企业成长是经济增长、企业发展的源泉。经济全球化使各国企业将国际化成长作为重要的战略,中国企业近年也频频走出去,开拓国际市场。中国企业在国际化成长中肩负成长和生存的双重压力,国际化成长考验中国企业的能力。企业具备一定的能力是国际化成长的基础,但是能力是演化的,特别是在不同的经营环境下,需要对能力进行更新和升级。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization makes the world a integration one,which drives enterprises all of the world considering the strategy of international growth.Chinese firms go global recently to exploring world market.But the international growth of Chinese firms is facing many troubles.In the paper,the author defines the concept of international growth,analyses the capabilities needs and evolution perspective of international growth.The author puts forth a general model of Chinese firms＇ international growth. |
