Constructing Two-oriented Corporation: the New Mode of Enterprise Taking Social Responsibility

The theory of corporation social responsibility has changed the traditional enterprise concept and formed a global corporaion social responsibility movement in practice.The idea of corporate social responsibility is changing the concept and mode of enterprise management,which becomes an important way for enterprises to gain power.A pattern of extensive economic development resource-consuming and environment-destroying in China is a huge challenge to the sustainable development of enterprise,so the transformation into two-oriented corporation（resource-saving and environment-friendly corporation）is the new mode of corporate taking social responsibility and the realistic choice of realizing the sustainable development of enterprise.
