| Abstract: | Group strategy has become an important strategy for the development of state-owned enterprises and an inevitable trend.After China＇s entry to WTO,the government is strongly supporting the enterprises to develop Group strategy,so that the development of enterprise group has become the leading force in the national economy.Beijing Automotive Holdings Group has implemented the Group strategy and has proved that its Group strategy is significant for improving business efficiency. |
