| 摘 要： | 近年,连锁经营在我国的发展出现了增速明显放缓的迹象,这与我国整体经济的发展速度是极不协调的,不少连锁企业考虑自建物流配送体系来应对。通过动态演化博弈分析发现:连锁企业建立物流配送体系必须充分考虑市场状况、连锁企业自身实力以及提供物流配送的成本等各种因素,不能盲目冒进,同时,政府在规范管理连锁企业自建物流配送体系时,要充分考虑市场情况,按照市场规律做好相关工作。

| Abstract: | In order to better the situation that the development rate of chain business is slowing down during these years, chain companies are suggested to build their own logistics system. From the perspective of evolutionary game, market condition, abilities of the company and the cost of logistics are the main factors that chain companies should consider when building their systems. Government is suggested to consider the market condition when regulating the chain companies. |
