| 摘 要： | 安全是人较低层次的需求,因此是其他高层次需求得以满足的基础。旅游饭店餐饮场所的高档次消费性、高开放性、高人员流动性以及高服务集中性使其成为旅游饭店中安全管理的薄弱环节,加强餐饮场所的安全管理有助于提高顾客满意度,因此旅游饭店对其必须加以重视。

| Abstract: | High-grade consumption,high openness,high mobility and high service concentration of restaurant in tourist hotel make safety management a weak link in tourist hotel.This paper thinks that the safety management of restaurant in tourist hotel shows the characters of basis,concealment,high difficulty,pertinence,linkage and all subjectivity. |
