| Abstract: | Benefited from the international experience of building world-class talent pool at the USA,Japan,Korea,India and other countries,the blue print of talent highlands at Binhai New Areas constructing by comb the veins of its development.The paper proposed that we should building the Binhai "Industry University",which including the establishment of the strategic level,policy level and operational levels,to ensure the economic will have a sustainable development in Binhai New Areas. |
