河南第三产业发展水平的分析评价及对策思考

第三产业发展水平是衡量一个国家、一个地区生产社会化程度和市场经济发展水平的重要标志。目前河南第三产业发展水平处于全国中等靠后的位置,与经济发展水平在全国的位置基本一致。河南第三产业发展水平落后与城镇化水平低、居民收入水平不高、需求能力弱等因素相关,也受体制性、政策性、阶段性因素影响。
