| 摘 要： | 银行的固定资产是银行开展各项业务、持续经营的实物载体,在为银行创造良好的经营环境、拓展业务空间及提高竞争力等方面发挥了重要作用。固定资产管理作为银行财务管理的组成部分,纳入了银行内部控制体系。文章从国有商业银行管理现状出发,对国有商业银行固定资产管理中存在的问题及成因进行阐述并提出对策。
