| Abstract: | The article gives a comprehensive insights into the changes of the water-level fluctuation around the construction process of Second Phase Project in Wulin Operation Area in Pingnan Region in Guigang Harbor,the changes in power axis of rivers under project,the comprehensive influence of the project on river channels,bundline and river stability and the influence on upstream and downstream navigation condition,buildings alongside rivers and long-term river development planning.Meanwhile,it analyzes the river scouring and deposition,ships berthing,ships unberthing and U-turn operation course after the project. |
