改革开放和现代化建设进入新的发展阶段,我国各方面矛盾尤其是人民内部矛盾更突出,党中央抓住机遇,迎接挑战,精辟地概括出以＂坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展＂为主要内容,以＂实现又好又快发展＂为宗旨的科学发展观,为21世纪我国的发展指明了方向。文章通过分析认为,以人为本是处理新时期人民内部矛盾的金钥匙。

＂People-oriented＂——The Golden Key to Handle the Contradictions Among the People in the New Period

As the reform and open-up program and modernization construction entered a new developing phase,various contradictions in China,especially the contradictions among the people,have stood out.In this case,the Party Central Committee seizes the opportunities,addresses the challenges and brilliandy summarizes the main contents：＂persisting people -oriented,coordinating sustainable development overall＂ and the Scientific Oudook on Development guided by ＂realizing the sound and fast development＂,which point out the developing direction for China in 21st Century.Based on the analysis, the article holds that ＂people-oriented＂ is the golden key to handle the contradictions among the people in the new period.
