| 摘 要： | 党中央、国务院高度重视病险水库的除险加固工作,决定从2011年起,用3年时间完成5400座小（1）型水库除险加固工作。当前,来宾市面临着病险水库除险加固时间紧迫、任务繁重的严峻形势。文章分析了2008年以来来宾市的水库除险加固建设管理工作,并时来宾市下一阶段水库除险加固工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | The Party Central Committee and the Sate Council attach great importance to the risk-removal and reinforcement engineering of dangerous and damaged reservoirs,and decided to spend 3 years to complete 5400 small（1）risk-removal and reinforcement projects since 2011.At present,this engineering in Laibin city faces many challenges and is pressed for time. The paper analyzes the construction and management of reservoir＇s risk removal and reinforcement projects since 2008,and puts forward the suggestions on its next work. |
