| 摘 要： | 如何科学地设置企业经营业绩评价指标,建立合理的业绩评价与考核系统,日益受到人们的关注。本文结合我国情况,借鉴了国外的研究成果,通过对未来发展趋势的分析,就财务指标与非财务指标的有机结合及各自的改进方面进行了分析,提出的建议。
