高校知识资本管理的思考

本文基于企业知识资本理论,分析了高校目前知识资本管理现状,在以人为本的观点指导下,探究如何就高校的核心竞争力——人力资本激励,提出建立新的高校知识资本管理措施,实行高校与企业的知识资本联盟,使高校快速、持续发展获取竞争优势。

Reflections on Implementing Management of Intellectual Capital in Universities

This paper based on theory of intellectual capital, through analyzing the status quo of intellectual capital management in universities, and guided by human-centered approach, the article investigates how to inspire the core competitive force of universities---human capital, and proposes that new administrative measures of university intellectual capital should be established and that alliance of intellectual capital between universities and enterprises be made so that universities could have rapid and sustainable development and competitive superiority.
