| 摘 要： | 新工业化是经济发展的必然要求,是强国富民的新历史性机遇,必将对全球经济的格局产生广泛而深远的影响。本文试图探讨新工业化的内涵及主要影响,结合我国民营企业的现状,指出民营投资的方向和思路,认为必须加大对人力资源的开发与管理,拓宽融资渠道,将投资重点集中在具有竞争优势的网络产品、软件、生物药业等方面。

| Abstract: | New industrialization is the inevitable request for the economy developing and the new historic opportunity which enrich the country and people.It will deeply effect the economic structure and form in world.This paper tries content and main influences of the new industrialization in study,then join together the present condition of the private-capital-company,pointing out the new direction and the advices of developing.so we should develop the human resource enlargement,open widely the way to equity financing,concentrate to invest the point to internet product,software,medical creature and so on. |
