人与物流绩效改进方法的互动研究

摘    要:随着战略目标向功能间协调、细节性交流、相互尊重、相互信任、团队精神以及合作等方向发展,企业已经意识到物流绩效改进中人与绩效的互动价值,只有充分发挥人的主观能动性,坚持以人为本的思想,才能实现物流绩效长期持久的整体推进。本文在集中评价最普遍的绩效改进方法的基础上,针对这些方法对人的影响提出了人与物流绩效改进方法的互动作用,并对我国当前物流绩效改进发展情况进行了分析。

Abstract:Today, strategic initiatives include such issues as effective supply chain management, achieving cycle time compression, and developing alliances/partnerships. People must cooperate to gain the full benefits of logistics performance improvement programs. Based on reviews of a set of logistics performance improvement programs , the article analyses the interaction between people and logistics performance improvement programs, factors contributing to successful implementation of these programs and the implementation of logistics performance improvement programs in China.
