| 摘 要： | GB／T24421是国内第一个针对服务业组织标准化全过程的系列标准。在北京东城区国家级城市公共服务标准化示范区的建设中，以GB／T24421．2—2009《服务业组织标准化工作指南第2部分：标准体系》等为依据开展了13个示范项目标准体系建设工作，检验了GB／T24421．2的适用性，发现该标准在术语定义、体系结构等方面存在若干值得商榷之处，提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | GB/T 24421 is the first series of Chinese standards that can be applicable to the whole process of standardization of service organizations. The author attended the standards system building effort of thirteen pilot project of the national public service standardization demonstration zone in Dongcheng District, Beijing according to GB/T 24421.2-2009： “Guidelines for Standardization of Organizations in Service Sector Part 2： Standard System” and checked up the applicability of GB/T 24421.2 . Several issues,such as terms and definitions, the structure of standards system,etc., should be discussed. Accordingly, some suggestions are provided to improve the applicability of GB/T 24421.2. |
