| 摘 要： | 文章给出国家科技平台的标准体系模型，体系分类及其相互关系。根据我国科技资源共享国情的实际需求，提出国家科技平台标准体系框架，并阐述了平台基础标准、平台通用标准、平台专用标准的组成和涵义。

According to China＇ s actual needs for Sharing of science and technology resources, puts forward the standard system framework, and describes the composition and meaning for platform basic standards, platform universal standards, platform-specific standards. |
