| Abstract: | Based on the innovative application of the JIT theory in the logistics quality management of building of hydroelectric statio, this article suggests that ideas should be set up to the JIT. To enforce Justin-Time and set up＂pull＂mechanism of logistics management of building of hydroelectric statio. The objective could be achieved of zero Inventories and zero defect and zero waste and reduce logistics costs. |
