《主要产品分类》（CPC）与《通用采购词汇》（CPV）比对研究

《政府采购协议》（Government Procurement Agreement，GPA）目前有14个参加方，共41个国家和地区。一方面，参加方在加入GPA时一般采用国际通用的分类标准，另一方面，一些参加方针对国内政府采购管理特点建立了符合本国的分类标准。文章通过深入分析国际通用的《主要产品分类》（cPc）与欧盟的《通用采购词汇》（CPV）之间的关联和差异，为我国建立政府采购分类标准提供了参考建议。

Research on Comparison of Central Product Classification and Common Procurement Vocabulary

Government Procurement Agreement has 14 parities including 41 countries and regions. On the one hand, the parties usually apply international classification systems at the accession of GPA ; on the other hand, some parties have established their own classification systems according to the government procurement practices. This paper analyzes Central Product Classification（CPC ）and Common Procurement Vocabulary of E U（CPV）, and compares the two systems for giving some suggestions to our national government pro- curement classification system.
