我国清真食品法规与标准研究

摘    要:文章在系统梳理伊斯兰传统饮食习俗的基础上,结合目前实际对国内外典型的清真食品法规和标准进行了细致的解析。通过比较借鉴,探讨我国如何建立健全清真食品法规与标准体系,以更好地落实尊重少数民族群众生活习俗的政策并确保清真食品的食品安全。

Abstract:By systematically analyzing the traditional rules of food in Islam,this paper reviewed different outstanding HALAL food regulations and standards worldwide with concerning today's situations.After comparing these rules carefully,we finally give the ideas of how to guarantee the right of minorities in China and ensure the safety of HALAL food better by constructing a new system of HALAL food regulations and standards in China
