Abstract:On the base of stressing the importance of Employee Satisfaction Degree,the paper emphatically discusses and establishes its model so as to lay theoretical foundation for enterprises to strengthen the construction of Employee Satisfaction Degree,promote their in-ternal management and enhance their rallying power and competitive power and reach cus-tomer satisfaction strategy.
