R Software and It's Application in Standardization

Statistical methods are often used for data collection and data analysis in standardization. But the use of statistical methods was limited for their complexity. Recently, the usage of statistical methods has been simplified with the development of computer technique and statistical software. This paper introduces a free statistical software,R, which is becoming more and more popular in recent years. Several basic operations are illustrated through examples to facilitate learning and use for R users.
