贡量链耦合机理分析

质量链耦合是描述关键链节点处相关组织和要素发生的相互影响、相互作用的联动关系。文章从质量链的三维整合出发，引出质量链耦合的营运联动机制和资源共享机制。分析表明，两种机制都能促成核心企业与上、下游企业在营运战略、资源、实施方法等上的相一致，实现质量链企业群内质量管理过程的“无缝”衔接和配合，减少质量波动，保证质量链各个过程的连续、高效。

Analysis on Quality Chain Coupling Mechanism

Quality chain coupling is the interactive relationship between organizations and factors whieh act together or co-operatively on the key chain junctions of quality chain. Based on the three-dimension integration of quality chain,this paper gives two kinds of quality chain coupling mechanism, the operation interacting mechanism and resource sharing mechanism. Two mechanisms both can improve the consistency about strategy,resource and implementation methods between core firms and non-core firms. This realizes smooth quality flow among firms, decreases quality fluctuation in order to bring the excellent process performance.
