| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是近年来迅速发展的新型企业组织形式。文章根据质量管理体系理论和目前虚拟企业的实践，提出了虚拟企业质量管理体系的整体模型和个体模型，并列出了虚拟企业整体合作关系值的计算公式。最后指出了虚拟企业质量管理体系构建的主要程序。

| Abstract: | Virtual enterprise is a new enter prise＇s organizational form developing rapidly in recent years. By the quality management system theory and practice of virtual enterprises at present, this paper proposes the whole model and individual model of the virtual enterprise＇s quality management system, and lists its computational formula of whole cooperation relation value. At last, it points out the main program to establish the virtual enterprise＇s quality management system. |
