| 摘 要： | 以生命周期理论分析了企业生态系统的演化规律，指出其演化过程大致经历开拓、成长、成熟、自我更新或衰退4个阶段。基于耗散结构理论，对企业生态系统的动态演化机制进行了研究，得出其演化是自组织和环境选择相结合的结果的结论。

| Abstract: | In this paper, life circle theory is introduced to analyze the rule of evolvement of business ecosystem, and every business ecosystem develops in four distinct evolutionary stages: birth, growth, maturation and self-renewal or,if not self-renewal, death. Based on dissipative structure theory, its evolutionary mechanism is studied. The conclusion is that the evolution of business ecosystem results from combination between self-organization and environmental selection. |
