| Abstract: | Combined with the deficiency of the insurance funds utilization supervision in China at present and the challenges may brought by new rules,this paper proposes corresponding suggestions for perfecting the insurance funds utilization supervision under new legal system from the two aspects of the insurance funds utilization supervision model and the ability of supervision subject. |
